Crispy Golden Chips
Crunchy on the outside, fluffy inside — the way everyone loves them.
25 minutes Serves 4 Easy

Ingredients
- • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
- • 500 ml Marshu Oil, for deep-frying
- • Salt, to taste
- • Optional: paprika, garlic powder
Steps
- 1. Soak potato sticks in cold water 10 min. Drain and pat completely dry.
- 2. Heat Marshu Oil in a deep pan to medium heat. Fry potatoes in small batches for 4–5 min until pale and soft. Remove.
- 3. Increase heat. Re-fry each batch 2–3 min until golden and crispy.
- 4. Drain on paper. Sprinkle with salt (and spices) while hot. Serve immediately.
Why Marshu Oil works well here
Marshu Oil has a high smoke point, so it stays clear and stable at frying temperatures — that's the secret to chips that stay crunchy longer.
